Notes for Servicing Dealers
All of our maintained vehicles will be registered with the 1Link system. Please submit your authority requests giving full details of the work required. No work should be carried out to the vehicle prior to authority being given. Additional notes for dealers can be found on the 1Link system.
Our service provider is via AllStar Business Solutions Ltd.

All invoices must quote the relevant order number and be addressed to - Woodfield Facilities Ltd, Milcars Building, Otterspool Way, Watford, Hertfordshire. WD25 8HL.
All servicing must be carried out by main dealers only and service history recorded via the digital service record.
We, as fleet operators, expect you to make a warranty claim wherever applicable. Where an abnormal event occurs after the manufacturer's warranty has expired and a claim has been submitted please endorse your invoice with the claim number. All parts replaced should be retained to facilitate the claim.
Except by specific prior arrangement we will not purchase the following items and they should not be included in your invoice: -
Synthetic engine oil unless recommended by the manufacturer
Rotation of road wheels
Topping up oils and fluids including AdBlue
Garaging and storage
Accident repairs including stone damage
Engine bay washing
Engine tuning between services
Washing and valeting
Where these items are requested you must seek payment from the driver.
Speedometer mileage readings MUST be quoted on all invoices in order to ensure prompt payment. Please invoice all parts less our fleet operators discount.
